Price
Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed before the work starts. Any follow-on project or ongoing support is quoted separately, and only if you want it. No published rates, because the right scope depends on your volume and systems.

How do you deliver the results?
In a working session, in person where we can. We go through the findings together in the tool, and you can ask about any return. A written report follows if you want one.
What happens after the audit?
A scoped improvement project or ongoing support is optional, never assumed. If you would rather stop at the write-up, we stop there.
What if it is not a fit?
I will tell you on the call. The 30-minute call is free, and so is the high-level write-up that follows it.
