Process mining
ERP/WMS process mining: see what really happened to each return
Your ERP records when a return arrived and when it was credited. Process mining uses the event data in your ERP, WMS, and spreadsheets to show what happened in between: the bottlenecks, workarounds, and rollout gaps. No org-chart assumptions, just the floor.

Good fit when
- You suspect the real process differs from the documented one
- Our ERP or WMS rollout changed the workflow, and RMA never caught up.
- You need evidence for an audit, a vendor conversation, or an internal decision
- You have the exports but no time to analyze them
What you get
- A current-state process map built from event data: the actual flow, cycle times, and where work stalls
- A ranked list of the few bottlenecks that matter
- A data-readiness note: what is usable now and what is missing
- A comparison of the documented process with what the records show
- Optionally, a dashboard to keep watching the numbers
How it works
- 1 / 3
Check the data
Before promising an outcome I check that the event data exists and is usable. If it is not there yet, I say so.
- 2 / 3
Map and rank
Turn your exports, emails, and PDFs into a clean timeline of what actually happened, then rank the bottlenecks that cost you most.
- 3 / 3
Hand over
You keep the findings and the exports at every stage. Nothing is locked in.

What I need from you
Exports with case IDs and timestamps from your ERP or WMS (CSV files or database extracts), plus the spreadsheets people actually use. No integration project is needed. I am happy to sign your NDA first.
Price
Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed before the work starts. Any follow-on project or ongoing support is quoted separately, and only if you want it. No published rates, because the right scope depends on your volume and systems.
Common questions
Which systems do you work with?
Hands-on Oracle EBS at Fortinet, plus SAP training (module configuration and database management). That foundation carries over to most ERP and WMS platforms; a new one starts with a discovery pass.
Do you use AI?
Yes, local ones. I run quantized language models on my own machines, offline (air-gapped), to read messy exports, emails, and PDFs, turn them into a clean timeline of events, and surface patterns quickly. Your data never goes to an outside AI service. I define the questions, check the results with your team and against the floor, and stand behind what you receive.
